Community Rituals

As the river flows, so too do the energies around us. With every passing day, the moon changes her sign, the planets traverse across the sky, and the cycles of life and renewal wax and wane. This month's full moon will ask something different of us than last month's and so on into the future.

Part of what it means for us to work with the natural elements is to allow ourselves to respond to these constantly changing energies. While one year's Beltane may be warm and wet and full of the promise of thriving ecosystems, the next may be dry and tense and full of unknowns. Each day asks us to honor something different; creation and destruction are both aspects to recognize in a May Day fire. 

As witchy folk, we seek to live our lives in tune with these energies. Because of this, our community events calendar is light on details.

That is intentional. 

We know we live in a busy world and lives fill up, so we aim to schedule the dates for rituals about 3 months out so you can get them in your calendar! And we still want to be able to honor the shifting tides of energy. So while we know we'll want to gather with community for the upcoming new moon or solstice, we won't know what specifics will feel right until we tap into the energies closer to the moment.

That's where this blog and our newsletter come in. Each Sunday evening, we'll publish and send out a blog post where we share the details of any community rituals for the upcoming week. The email will also have our regular practitioner schedule, musings about life and magic, and whatever else we're cooking up.
