The New Moon on September 10, 2026 is at 18 degrees 25 minutes Virgo.
The Sun and Moon are together, and we can focus and reset our daily routines. As I sat down to write out checks for monthly bills my black cat, Hannah came and sat in the middle of what I was doing. I had to stop and laugh. Now, as I am trying to write this forecast in my chair, she jumped up into my lap and said, "No Mom, pay attention to me.”
I find it interesting that this New Moon is on my Saturn at 19 degrees Virgo. Saturn is obligations and responsibilities, doing what we are supposed to do
And my cat instinctual energy was, “I don’t want to.”
We are being called back into our bodies by this Virgo New Moon.
The high frequency energies coming in need a grounded container. That is asking a lot of those of us who prefer flying.
The question to ask yourself is “What do you need to do to make these changes easier?”
Find some practical steps to more efficiently function.
Your energy field is being recalibrated, and your physical body may be having a hard time adjusting.
Physical symptoms may show up like ringing in your ears, exhaustion, waking up at 2am and not being able to go back to sleep.
Also, on this day we have Uranus, (planet of the sudden and unexpected) the disrupter, turning retrograde. When a planet turns retrograde it’s affect is even more powerful and strong.
Things in the outside world are moving fast, and we need to be prepared to “turn on a dime.” We need to ground and maintain mental clarity.
There is a Grand Air Trine forming in the sky. Mercury is entering Libra trining Pluto at 3 degrees Aquarius and trining Uranus at 5 degrees Gemini. Dialogue can bring in new solutions to old problems. We have been limited by our belief systems. Bigger creative ideas are unfolding within us and around us that require letting go of what we think we know.
The other planet changing signs is Venus (values and money) moving into Scorpio opposing Chiron (the wounded healer) in Taurus. This can trigger a crisis point in your money situation. It is best to think and plan long term. Be discerning in your short-term choices and hold onto a bigger optimistic outcome for your future.
